Hello, is there any parking nearby?
All of central Florence is a ZTL zone (parking only for residents), so if you enter with a car, you need to leave this at one of the nearby garages (with a daily parking fee) - all located within a 4/5 minute walk of Piazza Pitti.

Hello, Your place sounds lovely, but we are coming by car and see you do not have parking. What are the parking options nearby? Can we at least drive to the hotel to drop off our bags?

Buongiorno, no il trasferimento a pagamento con autista si organizza su richiesta (tariffe disponibili se interessati). Consideri che all'aeroporto ci sono sempre taxi disponibili. In alternativa servizio tramvia che porta direttamente in centro.
Hi. Is parking available? Or do you suggest we turn in rental car prior to our arrival? If so, is there easy transportation from and to airport?
Our Residence does not offer parking facilities. However there are several garages nearby (3/4 minute walk) where you can park you car with a daily fee. We always advise guests not to drive in Florence. Take a taxi from the airport. Best regards.

No problem to check in early. If your room is not ready (departing guests) we will let you have your key and notify you when it is ready. You can leave luggage in the reception. Otherwise we can check you in directly. Our reception opens at 8am.
